The 340B Lead Coordinator role is responsible for providing support to the 340B Subject Matter Expert team and may also provide support to related teams. May assist leaders and team in client records maintenance, scheduling, and data review. The administrative assistant maintains an understanding of Cardinal Health and the 340B services we provide to our clients.
This position is remote working 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to 340B Consulting team
Support project workflows to decrease waste and increase productivity
Projects include but are not limited to providing support during 340B Compliance Assessments ("mock audits"), 340B Program Management, new client implementations
Streamline sales opportunities supporting Cardinal Health sales representatives following up on potential leads, scheduling calls with potential clients and a 340B Consulting SME, proposal and contract delivery, receiving handoffs from sales after a new client has signed
Act as the initial point of contact for clients, sending an introductory message, confirming billing details, scheduling the project kick-off call with the 340B Consulting SME
Finalize scheduling for project site visits (if applicable)
Set up data sharing folders for new clients and send instructions to clients
Send Data Request List to Clients
Send clients reminder on data upload deadlines
Ensure all data is submitted and organized for 340B Subject Matter Expert to review
Reconcile data into Audit spreadsheet
Assist in reviewing 340B Compliance Assessment findings
Review client data via:
OPAIS
340B Covered entity eligibility documents
Medicaid Billing documents
Policy and Procedures
Assist in preparing 340B Compliance Assessment Draft Reports
Schedule Closing 340B Compliance Assessment Report Review with clients
Follow up with clients after project work is completed, asking if they are interested in an extension, providing feedback, or becoming a reference.
Support 340B project management clients. Including, but not limited to monthly 340B sample testing, manufacturer restriction policy oversight, report out to clients, 340B software management
Manage client billing- maintain knowledge of client billing terms per client agreements and work with billing team to invoice accordingly
Work with contracts team to ensure that client contracts are up to date and request contract renewals as needed
Assists in maintaining client details, main points of contacts, billing contacts, contract terms, etc.
Qualifications
Broad experience in 340B program, especially in an 340B Analyst/ Coordinator role at a 340B participating hospital or health system preferred
Experience at 340B Third Party Administrator companies will be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills
Anticipated hourly range: $26.20 per hour - $38.80 per hour
