Current Need: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL.
Position Description
The Customer On-Boarding Project Manager is responsible for managing the on-boarding of large Sales Director driven accounts. This includes Health Systems, Corporate Accounts and/or National Accounts across our primary care and extended care markets. This position will be responsible for administering the back end set up functionality, process flow, customer relations, and reporting requirements. The Project Manager will manage all communication and the coordination of tasks with our intersecting departments, partnership with sales leadership, pricing, contracts, inventory management, operations, customer service and other departments as necessary. During the implementation phase, the Project Manager will be responsible for issue resolution and any required escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management of on-boarding of Regional Director supported Health Systems, Corporate Accounts and/or National Accounts across our primary care and extended care markets.
- Manage a concept to full implementation (intake to go-live)
- Oversees/Coordinates all aspects of project; process includes contract and pricing verification, inventory management tracking, customer system updates, IT process coordination, invoicing administration, item verification, distribution coordination, etc.
- Manage overall risk of on-boarding in conjunction with SME's.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet onboarding expectations.
- Maintain metrics for process tracking, manage expectations of implementation and communication to internal partners & leadership.
- Manage external customer relations and project communication
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
Critical Skills
- 1+ years experience with project management
- 2+ years professional Sales Support Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet, JD Edwards and Salesforce
- Advanced level with Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding communication working in a collaborative project based dynamic with cross functional teams
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Organizational planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and run queries
- Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Six Sigma training is a plus
- Previous experience in training other employees
- Ability to motivate, influence and coach (team focused)
- Assertively seek solutions at the root level of problem
- Ensure operation standards are consistently applied
- Control project timelines
- Must be flexible in working various shifts to support the project (if necessary)
- Analytical skills
Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year degree in related field strongly preferred

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$54,800 - $91,300
