What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health Business and Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
This is an on-site position (5 days per week), based out of the Consumer Health Logistics Center.This position will work traditional hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and will be subject to change based on operational need.
Responsibilities
Responsible for arranging and coordinating onsite employee activities
Responsible for helping with some organizing of leadership schedules
Responsible for aggregating data and distributing metric reports
Hosting onsite guests of the site
Coordinating new hire orientation and assisting with paperwork
Managing the referral bonus program
Managing office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessary
Process any invoices for the facility
Assisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience, preferred
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
Microsoft experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask and move effortlessly between projects

Anticipated hourly range: $17.90 per hour - $26.88 per hour
