Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead market research and customer insight initiatives to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for assigned product lines or customer segments
Translate strategy into actionable downstream plans across the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact product portfolios and messaging
Serve as a strategic partner to the category management, marketing, sourcing, and quality teams. Equipping teams with tools, training, and processes that drive results
Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
4-8 years of experience and private label experience, preferred
Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and navigating cross-functional dynamics

Administers and exercises policies and procedures
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a direct impact to work unit operations and customers
