Responsible for providing technical and professional expertise related to retail independent store merchandising, including implementing merchandising plans, self-labeling shelves, merchandise updating, new customer set up, implementation of store layout design, store reorganization, merchandise pricing, and maintaining display.
Accountabilities:
Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
Effectively collaborates with the customer, and internal constituents to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes and achieve consensus
Responsible for ensuring optimal service levels
Solve problems at the store level to maintain the standards established in the sales agreement
Execute and oversee special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume
Minimum of 2 years of related experience (Preferred)
Ability to travel Southwest territory of the island. Position will cover territory from Isabella to Lajas
Residence within or in close proximity to the assigned territory is required for for this role
Puerto Rico Active driver's license is required
Ability to travel & good driving record
Experience in Healthcare Industry is highly preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
Must lift up to 75 pounds when necessary
