What Patient Concierge contributes to Cardinal HealthPractice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.The Patient Concierge is the first point of contact for patients and family members at PET Imaging of Dallas-Northeast. This position is responsible for greeting patients, confirming demographic and insurance information, answering phones, provider scheduling, as well as other duties as assigned.
