Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTC transactions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and implement process improvements.
Configure and maintain SAP S4 OTC modules
Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, SD) and external systems.
Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices in OTC.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in SAP OTC, with at least 2 years in an S/4HANA environment, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA System Conversion, Available to Promise (ATP) and/or Advanced Available to Promise (AATP), BRF, ARM, allocation and supply protection
Experience in SAP SD Configuration - Defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order types, Item Categories, Billing Document types, Output determination, Copy Control, Schedule line categories preferred
Experience in Order Management: Creation of Sales documents - Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo, Intercompany sales; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads preferred.
Experience in Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, Condition record, and VOFM Routine preferred
Should have hands on integration experience with different technologies between SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP systems (BAPI, RFC, Apigee, ODATA is a plus), preferred
Hands on experience in CIF integration, RBA (Rule Based Availability check), product and location substitution, and back-order processing is preferred
ABAP debugging skills, preferred
Working knowledge in ASAPIO
Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to OTC is a plus
Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and integration with third-party logistics or CRM systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
