What Data & Analytics Management contributes to Cardinal Health
The Manager, Pharma Cross-Domain Data Management leads the team that manages LEI and Customer EDI data for the Pharma Segment. This is a critical function that enables our customers have access to the right products by ensuring eligibility and EDI related data is accurate and timely.
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data & Analytics Management provides strategic oversight, leadership and direction within the Data & Analytics function.

Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects

Qualifications
8-12 years of experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred, and Advance Degree may be required
Experience managing remote workforce
Understanding of analytics and master data fundamentals
Experience with technologies like SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, GCP
Strong critical thinking and the ability to identify the key next steps when solving complicated problems
Ability to collaborate with engineers as well as communicate the broader picture to leadership
Understanding of LEI and EDI capabilities within SAP preferred
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and be the escalation point for LEI and EDI Master data
Drive the strategy for automation and reporting: includes designing the technical infrastructure required for automation and reporting, advocating for funding for automation projects, providing guidance on reporting and auditing
Build partnerships with stakeholders of LEI and EDI data
Drive the development of volume and quality metrics for LEI and EDI
Be an advocate for governance practices regarding EDI data, LEI data, and analytical data
Create a culture of continuous improvement
Promote team engagement for a remote workforce that is US and CHII based
Work and communicate effectively with both engineers and leadership to drive strategy and process automation
