What Customer Experience Specialist Contributes to Cardinal Health
The specialist will focus on the internal employee experience at 3PL Services. This role will be responsible for development and execution of the Hospitality Training Programs in partnership with the Learning and Development team, Support CX initiatives (Year One Journey, Leadership Development/Onboarding), training ambassador, tours, and voice of the employee action plans.

As a member of the Customer Experience team this role will continually be looking for ways we can improve the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
New Hire Orientation/Onboarding
Welcome new hires and give them an overview of the business as well as facilitate NEO/Safety Security and a facility tour of all our buildings
This includes working with training team and organizing a schedule
Peer Associate Program
Match new hires with an associate nominated by their leader for their first 90 days on the job.
Career Roadmapping
Facilitate a 1-hour class on the different tracks and how to read the career roadmapping tools available on myHR
Manage and Oversee Year One Journey Program- We want employees to see CAH as a career and not just a paycheck
The Year One Journey new hire development program delivers mySpark trainings and group skip levels with leaders throughout a WFH new hire's first year on the job.
Additionally, this program features DE&I leadership talks and a recognition when an employee hits their first year with us.
Employee Activities (all): Develop educational materials coinciding with Black History Month, PRIDE month, etc., while also organizing employee cookouts, employee appreciation gifts and activities
Town Hall - Present at department town halls to educate employees on LivingWell initiatives; highlight activities and Cardinal Health benefits
Help with myHR and benefits questions for new hires and tenured employees
Facilitate Soft Skills training - 4Vs and Presenting with Confidence (corporate) and 3PL specific courses Luxury Hospitality and Phone Training
Manage and oversee Leadership Onboarding program for new people leaders - this six-week program marries mySpark e-learnings with hands-on learning from subject matter experts on a variety of topics to instill confidence in new leaders.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
Facilitation and Presentation skills
Ability to work with all levels in the organization
