What Product or Services Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Patient Care Solutions assists Cardinal Health customers with offering clinical services to their patients. The Patient Care Solutions Sr. Specialist owns the customer relationship and establishes themselves as a strategic partner allowing customers to focus on patient care initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop subject matter expertise of clinical services in the retail pharmacy setting
Lead customer implementations, maintenance and training
Proactively engage customers and field resources when necessary
Manage collaborative practice agreements between customers and vendor partner
Oversee the ongoing training needs of the customer, the ISF, and the Managed Care Support Team including conducting regular webinar trainings
Communicate updates to key internal stakeholders within sales, operations, and marketing
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
3+ years business experience, preferred
3+ years customer facing experience, preferred
Excellent communications, presentation and writing skills
1+ years pharmacy technician experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $$63,700-$91,000 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Health insurance, 401k Contributions, Paid Time Off, Vacation, STD/LTD
