What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures.
Accountabilities
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, answering phone calls and distributing mail.
Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Verify and assists managers with the bi-weekly payroll process
Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
Communication with multidisciplinary departments
Must have sense of urgency in order to attend and resolve requests
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Qualifications
High School diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent experience is preferred
1 to 2 years work experience in related field preferred
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced skills in MS Office programs, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English verbal and written is preferred
