What Strategic Planning and Execution contributes to Cardinal Health
Strategic Planning and Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.
Responsibilities
Primary POC for solution defects related to Credit and Rebills and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality
Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low priority defects
Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings
Develop and Grow Super User Community
Coordinate with OCM to develop and deploy training
Develop Community of Practice
Participate in Software Vendor User Group Forums to influence content of future versions
Optimizes business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution
Change management and communication
Develop and Identify metrics to quantify business process improvement
Liaison with appropriate solution Run owner
Support the development of business requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
3-5 years professional experience preferred
Deep functional knowledge of Credits and Rebills and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality preferred
Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement preferred
Strong influence skills and proven success in forming partnerships with stakeholders preferred
Analytical and Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Presentation: Must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation, and associated economics

Anticipated salary range:$97,700 - $139,600
