Seeking manager with strong management experience in leading complex multi-year initiatives aimed to modernize the digital and ordering customer experience at Cardinal Health.
As digital solutions and processes are core to this modernization, the program will be asked to continuously stay up to date with modern delivery techniques, customer driven requirements and an API driven architecture while executing in a number of agile and product teams. Ideal candidate for this role should have deep understanding of digital technologies and trends, as well as strong background in project management, software development, quality assurance and experience leading large teams. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Business, IT, Cross Functional, OCM and stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for various testing activities and deployment functions of the program. Additionally, this role will lead and maintain execution of test artifacts such as test scripts, execution, defect management, automation, performance, operational readiness.. and deployment activities such as pilot/customer launch, rollout strategy, implementation plans.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience preferred.
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be preferred.
Proven experience in software and systems design preferred.
Experience in eCommerce technology solutions preferred.
Experience in managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large scale enterprise systems preferred.
Ability to debug and optimize code; automate routine tasks preferred.
Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing execution preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate technical discussions effectively and to deliver constructive feedback.
Anticipated salary range: $115,000- $164,300.00

Test Planning & Execution
Define Test Strategy for various testing activities (E2E, Integration, Functional, UAT, Performance, ORT ..)
Develop and Manage test schedule for the various testing activities (E2E, Integration, Functional, UAT, Performance, ORT ..)
Test Governance - Test Data, Scripts, Defect Management, Prioritization
Continued focus on Test Automation. Govern and improves test automation, test quality leveraging tools and processes
Establishes processes and governs defect management, prioritization, data quality, entry/exit criteria
Frequently assesses and work towards refining testing (staffing, prioritization ..) needs for the program
Deployment Planning & Execution
Facilitate/lead conversations b/w business, cross functional, technical teams in building deployment strategy, rollout plans (including pilot ..).
Responsible for organizing, structuring processes to govern and evolve implementation plans for execution.
Work with testing, business and technical teams to establish customer experience KPI's and metrics to measure solution readiness, capabilities and ensure relevant metrics are captured in the deployment plans. Pre (current state OE - baseline) and post (Jarvis)
Responsible for building, managing the detailed implementation plans. Establish and govern the processes with continuous improvements and learnings feeding into the implementation plans.
Govern, track post Go-live metrics and KPI's and work with respective Business, IT and cross functional partners on addressing appropriate mitigation plans
