What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you can expect to work with a broad range of business partners and initiatives, including:
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting on the financial results of the Pharmaceutical Segment Marketing department. This includes standard expenses such as labor and marketing spend, strategic investments and key initiatives, as well as revenue and margin generating customer programs.
• Collaborating with various finance and business unit groups to align impacts of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Business partnering with a diverse leadership team to develop appropriate investment to achieve the broader business goals of multiple business areas.
• Presenting financial reports and analysis to marketing leadership to understand current trends and future expectations.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of Finance Transformation initiatives within the Pharmaceutical Segment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $97,700-$146,580
