What Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health Account Management is responsible for managing the success of the relationship with an assigned set of customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and Cardinal Health. Responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving customer pain points and, for facilitating, developing, designing, and implementing processes that improve overall customer experience. Act as customer advocate and liaison back into Cardinal Health organization with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Credit & Collections.
OptiFreight™Logistics is the leading provider of Inbound, Outbound, and Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping and freight management services for the Healthcare sector.
Accountabilities
Oversee assigned OptiFreight customer(s) as it pertains to shipping, logistics, and general service needs for East Coast Territory.
Bridge relationships between the customer and internal Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service
Manage customer expectations and requirements through proactive account review, facilitating issue resolution, and keeping customer informed of key initiatives
Track, measure, and report key performance indicators monthly
Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with customer to support retention and growth of the account
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Direct customer facing experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Highly motivated, creative, able to operate effectively within a team
