Facilitates the efficient management of treasury operations and reports on key treasury metrics to internal and external constituents alike.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Assist in the implementation of the Treasury Workstation upgrade, including process development, documentation, and team roll out
Maintain all Treasury IT platforms, including FIS, eBAM, ECHOS, Bloomberg, swift.com and SAP
Evaluate existing bank feeds and system connectivity to add new feeds and improve existing processes and access to data
Maintain the SWIFT BIC, including monitoring activity and assisting with annual audits and attestations
Liaison with internal and external IT teams to renew and maintain bank certificates for system transmissions
Act as the primary back up and support for day-to-day cash flow activities including credit facility utilization and short-term investments, along with administration of ACH transfers, wires, and other treasury functions
Communicate with banks, asset managers, and third-party service providers on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries
Support annual audit procedures and liaison with management as well as internal and external auditors
Monitor the broader payment ecosystem for technical changes to file formats, payment types and other modifications that may impact day to day flows
Develop and maintain written processes and procedures, including those required for disaster recovery
Assist in preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, as well as net present value analysis and other financial modeling
Perform additional responsibilities and generate ad hoc analysis reports as needed

Experience and Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related field with 2-4 years of experience in treasury, banking, or accounting.
A Certified Treasury Professional ( CTP) is preferred but not required.
