Supervisory experience (2 years required)
Outbound Telesales experience preferred
Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus
Leadership and coaching/development skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and Multi tasks priorities with strong follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of professional Inside Sales Representatives, through implementing sales growth initiatives
Through leading, coaching, and developing team members, you will concentrate on achievement of sales quotas, and objectives.
Monitor and manage key performance diagnostics
Assist with staffing plans, conducting interviews, and participating in hiring process/decisions
Location & Schedule:
Niagara Falls, NY with Hybrid opportunity
Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm
